Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. My site only uses non-essential cookies (Google Analytics, to see how the site is used) if you accept them via the banner when you arrive. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the whole site still works exactly as normal. The only cookie set without consent is a small one remembering your cookie choice, which the law allows. You can clear or block cookies any time in your browser settings.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it:
- Enquiries that don't become coaching: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Active clients: for the duration of our work together.
- Financial records: up to 6 years, as required by UK tax law.
- Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe.

- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from emails).
